VTG TV Show Late Night David Letterman Souvenir Sponge Promo Advertising 1990’s

This sponge comes with a cool story of how I got it! When I was in school (1996/1997 school year), we had to write a letter to a celebrity for an assignment in English class. A boy in my class wrote to David Letterman. Not only did he receive a reply, but our teacher was sent a box of these sponges to give out to everyone in the class. This one is mine. Now it can be yours! The sponge was never used. It’s flat and will reconstitute if soaked in water.
